As a Schwinn certified cycling instructor with over five years of experience I've finally decided to reach more cycle lovers like myself. I am now offering spin classes via Zoom. Each class is about an hour in length. I also have private cycling lessons available. The year 2022 will be here before you know it and I would be more than happy to assist you on your fitness goals. My cycling class is for a levels and I'm sure you will sweat it out while having some fun!  A stationary cycle workout is perfect for you if you're new to exercise . You simply jump on a bike and pedal. As your instructor, I will lead you through all the basic cycling stances. You control your resistance levels, personal pace and you build the intensity to suit your ability. Cycle lovers love cycle workouts because they are very effective and enjoyable. Research suggests cycling is the type of training newcomers are highly likely to stick with. 

With 2-3 cycle workouts a week you will see awesome results . My workouts are based on the science of cardio peak training, which maintains your heart rate at an aerobic training base with interspersed peaks of intensity. Doing this workout regularly is great. I also teach high-intensity interval cycling,  which spikes your heart rate into maximum training. Research shows that for fat burn and optimal fitness gains this type of training should be done no more than twice a week. Stationary cycling is great low impact way to reduce body fat, improve cardio fitness, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It's also one of the best ways to beat poor mental health, stress and depression. Plus, people who cycle are shown to have reduced risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Indoor cycling can drive serious calorie burn, improve lower body strength and build toned and shapely legs.
